HSN Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

About the role

This is a remote, full-time Customer Service Specialist position supporting HSN. You will handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, promote products, and drive sales—all while working from home. The role offers opportunities for advancement across the QVC Group family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and de-escalation.
• Promote and offer additional products during each customer interaction to improve sales.
• Personalize the customer experience by addressing questions, confirming refunds, processing payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
• Work under the guidance of an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
• Maintain a set full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer styles.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and meet HSN’s system requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently (with IT support as needed).
• Must reside in Tennessee and be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
• Ensure a distraction-free work-from-home environment.

Pay

$15.00 per hour, plus shift differential and incentive pay when applicable.

Schedule

• Full-time, set schedule (not Monday–Friday).
• Weekend work is required.
• Availability for holidays and additional hours as needed.
