HSN Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

This role is a remote Customer Service Specialist position supporting HSN, handling inbound customer calls, and working from home. Job seekers must reside in Virginia or an HSN-approved state to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
• Offer additional products on each customer interaction to improve sales.
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
• Work a set full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, with opportunity for advancement across the QVC Group family of brands.

Requirements

• Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following HSN computer system requirements.
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Qualifications

• Reside in Virginia or an HSN-approved state.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of styles.

Pay

$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives as applicable. Spanish bilingual opportunity also available.
