Hsekeep &/or Apparel Worker II- Piedmont Geriatric Hospital

Job Duties

This position will maintain hospital facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition, to provide suitable environment for the care of patient and for the works of the hospital staff and employees.

Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions and schedules.

Ability to perform a variety task and tolerate contact with a variety of cleaning products and solutions.

Ability to perform cleaning/housekeeping duties in patient occupied areas.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning methods and procedure, as well as knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and supplies use in a health care facility.

Knowledge of safety practices as related to housekeeping duties.

Working skill in the operation of manual and powered cleaning equipment.

Additional Considerations

Hospital experience preferred.
