Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in implementing a routine of developmentally appropriate activities by supporting children's social, physical, cognitive, ATL and language development.
- Implement a developmentally appropriate early childhood program, consistently applying MO Childcare Licensing Standards and EHS Performance Standards.
- Maintain Infant Toddler and Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification, help prepare materials and classrooms for early care and learning, maintain ratios while providing coverage in the classroom, and support general childcare tasks for evening meetings and events.
- Follow regulatory compliance by attending meetings and trainings as required by CHS, Licensing, Sanitation, USDA CACFP, and EHS requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the assigned area by performing general tasks such as laundry and common area cleaning, and follow guidelines in food preparation and cleaning procedures.
- Promote a positive Safety Culture by following established safe work practices and policies.

Qualifications
- REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Must be 18 years of age.
- MEDICAL EXAM, TB ASSESSMENT, AND BACKGROUND SCREENING TO INCLUDE FINGERPRINTING IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO HIRE.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The employee is occasionally required to use hands to operate a computer.
