About the role

The coach will assist in the development and implementation of the school's lacrosse program, working closely with the head coach to provide support and guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy sessions
• Support players in skill development and physical conditioning
• Attend all home and away games and practices
• Work with the team to maintain discipline and conduct
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall athletic program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Experience coaching high school lacrosse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
