About the role
The HRSG Process Specialist is responsible for managing various HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits administration
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Administer payroll and timekeeping systems
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment laws
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
