Responsibilities
- Maintain and support HR systems in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams and ADP Managed Services to coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancement requests
- Support and oversee system integrations and data flows across platforms, collaborating with system owners (e.g., ATS, LMS, EDW) to ensure accuracy and continuity of data
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve support processes and overall system efficiency
- Support organizational changes, including restructures and acquisitions, through system setup, data alignment, and employee data integration
- Support and maintain complex data structures and templates (e.g., EDA), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established patterns
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and continuity
- Ensure system data and processes align with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support business needs and decision-making
- Contribute to HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems (experience with ADP platforms preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and basic functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
- Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions
- Experience documenting processes and maintaining system-related documentation preferred
- HR experience or familiarity with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits) is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
