HRS Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a HRS Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Manage and grow client relationships Ensure client satisfaction and address issues promptly Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions Develop account strategies for upselling and renewals Track project progress and report on client outcomes Qualifications U.S. work authorization is required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 5 years in client or account management, preferably in software Experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel 25-50% annually and work extended hours as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness programs Participation in annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
