HRS Project Manager
About the role
The Research Software team at Huron is seeking talented individuals to lead client implementations of our software solutions. Our team collaborates with hospitals, universities, cancer centers, and research institutions to improve research administration performance through transformative change.
Responsibilities
- Work with leading administrators, physician/scientists, and other professionals in the healthcare, university, and life sciences industries on various projects in technology and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and realize unique opportunities to drive higher levels of performance and impact.
- Provide flexible, scalable, and configurable solutions to streamline workflow and relieve administrative burden.
- Support clients in implementing new technologies and aligning resources and investments for long-term sustainability.
- Engage in vision-to-execution processes to help clients achieve organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes.
Requirements
- U.S. work authorization required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of client or account management experience, preferably for software.
- Previous Account Management and/or Customer Success Management experience.
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel annually on a 25 - 50% basis; work extended hours as necessary.
Preferred
- Higher Education and/or Healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with academic research, grant management, or compliance.
- Previous project management, sales, and/or business analysis experience.
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
Schedule
This position is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, reflecting Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. The position is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
