Position Summary
The HRMS Representative will be an integral part of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and employment processes with a primary emphasis on managing all HRMS transactions. Process accuracy, data integrity, and efficiency while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and urgency will be foundational to the role. Will address inbound calls and emails providing HR support. Assists with other HR functions as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a human resources role or comparable support position within an office environment
- Skills: MS Word proficiency to include document preparation and mail merges, Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, Previous HR experience and experience working with HRIS systems preferred, Maintains HR records to include all personnel files, MS Excel proficiency to include using filters, pivot tables, vlookups, and other basic to intermediate excel functions preferred
Core Job Responsibilities
- Supports human resources departmental processes and is an integral part of efficient human resources departmental operation.
- Processing of HRMS related tasks to include all changes of status (hires, rehires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc.).
- Conducts HRMS and related audits to ensure data integrity.
- Supports associates and team members with regard to Kronos, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and general HRIS questions.
