HRMS Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute project or site implementation and ongoing maintenance activities efficiently and on schedule.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with end-users, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including installation reports, service logs, and configuration details.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related technical issues promptly, either remotely or on-site.
• Conduct site visits to perform technical surveys, installation inspections, and ensure feasibility of system deployments.
• Assist in system design, planning, and preparation of technical proposals, including equipment specification and layout design.
• Provide post-implementation support, including handling support tickets, customer inquiries, and service requests via email and other channels.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Preferred to have 3+ years of hands-on experience in handling and supporting Attendance Terminals, Access Control Systems, and CCTV solutions.
• Possess good interpersonal, strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site support and inspection.
