HRIS Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, providing guidance on system functionality, design, and best practices.
  • Lead system administration, configuration, enhancements, integrations, security management, and workforce management support.
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to develop scalable solutions, support projects, and improve HR processes and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, lead testing and implementation activities, and provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to users and team members.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of four to six years of progressive HRIS experience required. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
  • Experience: Experience configuring and supporting HRIS business processes, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, and workforce management functionality. Experience leading or supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Experience: Experience with UKG People Analytics, Cognos Reporting, and advanced Excel required. Experience supporting multi-state operations, payroll, and workforce management environments preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: UKG certifications or advanced training in HRIS, reporting, workforce management, analytics, or related technologies are preferred.
