Responsibilities
- Maintain system configurations and security in HR applications
- Develop and execute reports to provide data to customers upon request and support business dashboard efforts
- Partner within EB to ensure system integrations and basic system functionalities work properly and that data is moving accurately between applications
- Contribute to health checks and the internal auditing of HR systems, data and activity
- Collaborate on enhancement projects with the HR centers of excellence
- Ensure all HR system users have the knowledge and guidance to do their work in an accurate, efficient and streamlined manner
- Support, execute and validate data imports, migrations and maintenance
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and implement updates
- Lead the governance of these systems in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures
- Work with EB IT and GD Corporate to integrate systems and processes
- Administer roles and access to HR systems
- Perform investigation, problem solving and error resolution when issues arise in HR systems and system integrations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience within human resources, IT, business intelligence, or a related field
- Technical skills: Experience scripting and generating reports (SQL, PS Query, Excel, Power BI)
- Experience administering an HR system (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone, Workday, Oracle, SAP)
