HRIS Payroll Lead - Workday Expert

What You'll Do

• Lead the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Payroll across the U.S., U.K., and globally integrated payroll environments
• Act as the subject matter expert for payroll-related HR technology initiatives, integrations, and system design
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
• Drive testing, release management, security controls, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
• Support Workday enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
• Mentor HRIS team members and provide technical leadership on complex projects
• Help shape the future of our HR technology strategy through innovation and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a global environment
• Deep Expertise In Payroll configuration, Integrations, Business Process Management, Security, Reporting, Testing & Release Management, Third-party payroll vendor interfaces
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and HR business processes
• Proven experience leading complex HRIS projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Integrations is highly valued
• Agile experience and Workday certifications are a plus
