Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
- Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.
- Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with system integrations and data management.
Desired
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Experience with Eightfold Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday security and compliance features.
