About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Workday HRIS Team Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HRIS team, fostering a high-performing environment
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Recruiting, advising on configuration and optimization
- Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations
- Collaborate with HR and IT to identify business needs and develop Workday solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity while driving continuous improvements
- Develop and deliver training for HRIS users on Workday best practices
- Stay updated on Workday and industry trends to maximize system capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in Workday
- Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules' configuration and process design
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with system integrations and data management
