HRIS Implementation Advisor

About the role

We're looking for an HRIS Implementation Advisor to join our team and work directly with clients as they implement, optimize, and get the most out of their HR information systems. This role is a great fit for someone who's comfortable being the expert in the room able to walk into an existing HRIS environment, quickly understand how it's being used, spot where it's falling short, and guide clients toward a more efficient, better-configured system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full arc of the client relationship during implementation: discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Provide ongoing optimization work as client needs evolve
