About the Role

Arlington County’s award-winning Human Resources Department (HRD) is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to provide critical technical and functional support across our enterprise-wide platforms. This position bridges the gap between complex HR data and strategic decision-making. The individual selected for this role will design, manipulate, and build sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions from scratch across our custom HCM platform PRISM+ (Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM), and retirement administration systems such as PensionGold. This role serves a broad range of customers including active County employees, retirees, executive leadership, and partner departments such as the Department of Technology Services (DTS), by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, manipulate, and build sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions from scratch across enterprise HR platforms.
• Transform complex HR datasets into clear, actionable intelligence for stakeholders including active employees, retirees, executive leadership, and partner departments.
