HRIS Coordinator

About the role

The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the PSI HRIS systems and other related Human Resources technologies in support of achieving of PSI Human Resources goals. The HRIS Coordinator will also be responsible for the administration support to the Human Resources department. The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for creating and distribution of multiple complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the PSI HRIS systems and other related Human Resources technologies
• Support Human Resources department with administration tasks
• Create and distribute complex reports

Requirements

• Education/Training: Associates Degree or High School Diploma plus three (3) years’ equivalent experience working with HRIS
• Preferred: Business or human resources training or undergraduate college degree
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
• Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of office experience, including significant experience with HRIS databases or a similar multi-faceted, complex database
• Excellent typing, word processing, organizational and communication skills
• PREFERRED: Extensive prior experience with manual and computer HRIS
• Human Services experience in non-profit environment

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000 annually DOE

Schedule

40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
