About the role
This is a remote contract position where you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing solutions for HR systems. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure best practices and troubleshoot issues within the HR technology platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for compensation and payroll planning initiatives.
- Configure and maintain payroll and time tracking systems.
- Manage testing, reporting, and data validation processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance and maintain documentation for end-user training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in Workday.
- Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training. Specialization in the Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required. Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable.

Pay
Compensation Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per Hour
