HRD / HR Business Partner (Investment Platform & Portfolio Companies)

Looking for an experienced HRD / HR Business Partner to support our Investment Platform and its portfolio companies. This is a full-time position available remotely.

About the role

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Support the onboarding and integration of new portfolio companies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
• Facilitate training and development programs
• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or investment environment
• Proven ability to lead and mentor HR professionals
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
