We’re looking for a Director, HR Business Partner to be the strategic right-hand to our VP, People Experience & Operations - and the primary HR presence for our entire organization. Right now, our VP of People Experience & Operations wears a lot of hats: she’s the one employees come to, the one running 1:1s, and the one holding together programs across performance, learning, culture, and operations. You’ll step in as a true thought partner and co-pilot - taking on the direct employee-facing work so she can operate at a higher altitude, while also helping shape the people strategy itself.
