HRBP

Our client in Northwest Houston is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced, high-volume operation with approximately 300 employees. This is a hands-on strategic HR role for someone who thrives in a visible, people-focused environment and can build strong partnerships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization
• Lead and manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support organizational initiatives and HR-related project management
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic HR priorities while remaining hands-on in daily operations
• Help foster a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture
• Travel to the Rosenberg location once per week

Requirements

• At least 3 years of human resources experience in a generalist, business partner, or comparable HR role
• Demonstrated success managing employee relations matters and leading workplace investigations
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume setting with a sizable employee population
• Experience supporting an organization of roughly 300 employees or a similarly scaled workforce
• Strong ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution as business needs change
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an HR certification is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a visible onsite presence and build trust across teams
• Familiarity with Paylocity and willingness to travel weekly are preferred
