About the role

Solutions Sustainability is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Center Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data centers, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of new hardware and software systems to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management or IT infrastructure operations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including cooling systems, power distribution, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data center automation tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of green computing principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Technical proficiency in data center operations and maintenance.
