Responsibilities
- Own execution of HR initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined priorities and outcomes
- Drive progress by coordinating activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring follow-through on key actions
- Maintain clear visibility into status, risks, and timelines across initiatives
- Proactively identify and address blockers to keep work moving forward
- Support and execute the full lifecycle of HR work through the defined framework, including intake, planning, tracking, and delivery
- Ensure work is properly scoped, sequenced, and aligned to roadmap priorities
- Maintain continuity and alignment as priorities evolve or shift
- Reinforce consistent ways of working across all stages of execution
- Support ongoing maintenance of HR roadmaps, OKRs
- Ensure alignment between individual initiatives and broader HR priorities
- Track and communicate changes to scope, timing, and dependencies
- Reconcile work across HR and HR Tech initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment
- Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations, and HR Tech teams to drive execution
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Act as a central point of coordination to ensure clarity and accountability
- Support leaders with updates, insights, and materials to enable effective decision-making
- Ensure adherence to defined strategy and enablement processes, standards, and frameworks
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and execution standards
- Support embedding compliance and risk considerations into workflows
- Own and maintain work tracking tools and ensure data accuracy
- Provide timely updates and reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Develop insights that highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support data-driven decision-making across initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve ways of working
- Support adoption of consistent processes and scalable practices across HR
Qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred
- Business, HR, IT, or Operations related education preferred
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources, multiple implementations for large populations or related areas
- Strong execution and ownership mindset with ability to drive work forward
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies simultaneously
- Skilled at coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience with large implementations
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build partnerships
- Ability to work independently, supporting numerous tasks simultaneously while meeting critical timelines
- Ability to develop executive level presentations, summaries and roadmaps
- Strong leadership skills to indirectly lead individuals or teams
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office tools
