Role Overview
Design enterprise-scale HR and workforce evaluation frameworks spanning talent, compensation, compliance, and organizational strategy. This role offers exposure to sophisticated people operations environments, executive HR decision-making, and large-scale workforce programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build enterprise HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and total rewards strategy
- Create evaluation workflows involving large-scale HRIS environments including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud
- Create complex leave, benefits, and workforce compliance scenarios across multi-jurisdiction employment frameworks
- Design executive compensation, equity, and deferred compensation program assessments for enterprise organizations
- Author organizational design, DEI, and post-acquisition workforce integration evaluations with structured scoring criteria
Core Requirements
- Strong background in enterprise HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Management, or workforce strategy
- Deep familiarity with enterprise HRIS ecosystems supporting large employee populations and global workforce structures
- Working knowledge of compensation philosophy, executive rewards programs, and workforce compliance environments
- Ability to produce structured evaluation materials reflecting nuanced enterprise HR judgment
- Strong written communication skills with experience translating operational complexity into clear frameworks and guidance
Additional Strengths
- Experience creating HR enablement content, training programs, or operational assessment frameworks
- Exposure to organizational restructuring, workforce transformation, or post-merger people integration
- Strong commercial understanding of enterprise workforce planning and leadership alignment
