HR Specialist - Elmore

Your Impact

You will serve as the first point of contact for associates and leaders, offering guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace questions.

You will champion a positive culture, help foster an inclusive, engaging environment where associates feel valued and connected to Senior Star’s mission, and support hiring and onboarding excellence.

You will drive consistency and compliance, manage HR systems (Dayforce, Relias), track training completion, and ensure every associate file is complete and audit-ready.

You will enhance the associate journey by supporting engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts across the community.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment
• A natural ability to build relationships and navigate conversations with confidence
• Experience with HR systems (Dayforce or similar a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification (preferred, not required)
