Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet employer’s needs.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using resources such as campus, social media platforms, networking, media advertisements, and employee referrals.
- Implement ATS, onboarding module, and document repository.
- Design, build, schedule, and facilitate training programs for new store openings, and to conduct new hire orientation.
- Conduct full cycle incident investigations, progressive disciplining.
- Support all employee relations matters, including employee changes, performance management cycle and conducting focus groups and surveys.
- Manage and coordinate the immigration & visa process for the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide support with operational aspects such as company formations, tenancy agreements and leases, office administration, new store opening management and coordination and coordinate payroll process.
