We are seeking a part-time team member to join our Human Resources Department, assisting our Director of Employee Relations in developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives that foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and complete investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances.
- Resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and promote effective communication between employees and the YMCA of Greater Richmond.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, inventory management, and distribution of staff materials.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous Human Resources and employee relations experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems (UKG preferred).
Pay
$18–$20 per hour.
Schedule
- Part-time, up to 25 hours per week.
- Weekdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
