HR Solutions Leader, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Set clear team goals and provide coaching and feedback
• Allocate resources to ensure optimal support for delivery
• Serve as the main contact for TR and HR leadership regarding solution strategies
• Build relationships with TR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the development and execution of TR solution roadmaps
• Monitor solution adoption and ensure accountability for business outcomes
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for TR solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards (TR) or related areas, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions
• Strong strategic thinking and analytics skills
• Deep knowledge of HR technology and data flows
• Excellent communication and change leadership abilities

Pay

$153,700 – $203,900 annually
