- Offboarding
- Leave Management
- Ticket system
- Offer letters
- Investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SHRM certified desired
- 4+ Years of HR experience required
- 1‑2 Years of team management / mentorship experience required
Skills
- Reporting/analytics knowledge (EEO, VETS)
- Some payroll knowledge
- Unemployment claims understanding and experience in multi‑state unemployment portals
- Experience working at a mid‑sized company highly preferred
- Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus
- Technology savvy
- Experience with Excel, ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax
- Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership
