Responsibilities

  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting practice-specific orientation and training programs.
  • Conducting periodic pay surveys with the help of Unified HR team.
  • Works in tandem with Payroll to ensure the smooth administration of the bi-weekly payroll.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce practice policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Aid with staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain human resource records.
  • Schedule management conferences with employees.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • File workers compensation claims.
  • Promote a positive work culture and patient experience through leadership and communication.

Qualifications

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience Required: 5-7 years of progressively increasing responsibilities.
