About the Opportunity
The HR Services Co-Ordinator (US) role supports the HR Shared Services Team by providing first-line support and managing day-to-day HR activities. This position is key in responding to employee and leadership inquiries, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, and supporting HR system operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the US HR team.
- Maintain accurate electronic personnel files following legal and policy requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to support HR operating models.
- Aid with onboarding, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and documentation.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Manage mandatory training assignments and follow-ups via the Learning Management System.
- Offer first-line support and escalate HR system issues.
- Process employee record changes in the HRIS system.
- Prepare employee change and termination documents.
- Respond to frequently asked HR process questions from employees.
- Support HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Stay updated on global HR practices.
- Assist with HR projects such as data audits and policy development.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with HR and Payroll platforms.
- Initial HR department experience.
- Experience providing system user support.
- Participation in system development or enhancements.
- Ability to create management information reports.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target base salary range: $70,000 to $75,000, dependent on market data and candidate experience.
