Pay

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • HR Service Advisor: $24.52 (minimum) - $31.73 (midpoint) - $39.42 (maximum) estimated annual base pay
  • Sr HR Service Advisor: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum) estimated annual base pay

Responsibilities

HR Service Advisor

  • Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure resolution in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Support life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding through termination, including interview scheduling, background checks, file maintenance, and leave administration.
  • Update knowledge articles in coordination with the Process Owner.
  • Escalate compliance-related issues to Sr. Advisor or Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements.

Sr HR Service Advisor

  • Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure resolution in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Support life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding through termination, including interview scheduling, background checks, file maintenance, and leave administration.
  • Partner with COE on knowledge articles and core processes, recommending improvements for formatting and usability based on best practices.
  • Provide coaching and training for other team members on HR processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR services meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies, identifying and leading projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Sr HR Service Advisor

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment errors or payroll discrepancies.
  • Compliance Management: Ability to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead projects and programs related to HR initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to align HR services with overall strategies.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced understanding of HR systems and technology, including training new members and leading testing for new solutions or releases.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to accurately document HR inquiries, resolutions, procedures, and work instructions to update knowledge articles.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for HR strategies and decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to enhance HR service delivery and strive for excellent customer service.

This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
