About the role
The Human Resources Representative, Employee Relations provides administrative support for the employee relations function within Human Resources. This position is responsible for reviewing, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information in various systems. The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes, employee event planning, and providing customer service for the department, serving as a resource, providing guidance regarding policies, procedures and systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the employee relations function within Human Resources.
- Review, enter, process, and audit employee-related information in various systems.
- Support the leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes.
- Assist with employee event planning.
- Provide customer service for the department, serving as a resource and providing guidance regarding policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 2 years of Human Resources experience (Preferred)
- Experience in Human Resources - Employee Relations (Preferred)
