Responsibilities
- Aid and support the Sr. HR Data Specialist
- Administer, track, and monitor staff movements, headcount requests, and employee information updates including data entry into multiple platforms
- Handle HR functional mailbox and HR main phone line, ensuring timely responses and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate the annual renewal and update of the Employee Handbook
- Process HR related vendor invoices
- Administer and report on Employee Recognition programs
- Coordinate the Employee Introductory review process
- Support the annual employee review cycle, assisting with goal-setting launch, system entries, and coordination of the year-end performance review process
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years HR administration related work experience
