Responsibilities

  • Aid and support the Sr. HR Data Specialist
  • Administer, track, and monitor staff movements, headcount requests, and employee information updates including data entry into multiple platforms
  • Handle HR functional mailbox and HR main phone line, ensuring timely responses and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate the annual renewal and update of the Employee Handbook
  • Process HR related vendor invoices
  • Administer and report on Employee Recognition programs
  • Coordinate the Employee Introductory review process
  • Support the annual employee review cycle, assisting with goal-setting launch, system entries, and coordination of the year-end performance review process

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years HR administration related work experience
