As an HR/Recruiting Intern at BBI, you will acquire practical experience in the HR and Talent Acquisition field while collaborating with our expert HR/Recruiting team. Learn the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to assessing to offering a candidateShadow and work alongside our recruiting team throughout the summerShadow and work alongside our HR team throughout the summerEngage in phone screenings and in person interviews, progressing to conducting your own screenings as responsibilities growParticipate in weekly interview collaborations with leadership, offering insights on each candidates' ability for the roleLead and complete HR operational tasks such as onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, compensation and benefitsLead the mock interview initiative for all BBI interns, offering them a platform to practice interviews and receive constructive feedbackShowcase your portfolio project, highlighting your accomplishments from your summer role, and present it effectively to leadershipSupport the onboarding process for new hires as they embark on their career journey with BBICollaborate with your fellow interns by participating in volunteer activities and company outings Requirements What you bring to the table.
