About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in Spokane, Washington. This role focuses on identifying talent with relevant experience, guiding candidates through the selection process, and partnering with hiring teams to meet staffing goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, sourcing strategy, and interview coordination while maintaining an organized approach to applicant tracking and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and candidate outreach through offer coordination and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting activity with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by using proactive sourcing methods across multiple channels to attract professionals with relevant experience.
  • Screen applicants and lead structured interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, set expectations, and promote a positive experience.
  • Monitor recruiting progress and recommend process improvements that support efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources recruiting, corporate recruiting, or a closely related talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple openings at the same time.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications in a clear, consistent, and detail-focused manner.
  • Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting documentation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
