Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: HR Recruiter This Is What You’ll Do Provides managers and supervisors with assistance in the coordination and selection of talent in the recruitment process.Assists Recruiting Manager in establishing recruiting requirements; meets with managers to discuss needs.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.Assists in the development of new recruitment programs, such as employee referral program, behavioral-based interviewing, PI profiles, etc.Determines applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Makes offers of employment; coordinates background checks, drug screens, reference checks and license verifications.Responsible for all administrative functions of recruitment including, but not limited to, creating requisitions and managing job postings.Creates and maintains various reports, as needed, including monthly recruiting update, time-to-fill, etc.Assists Recruiting Manager in the development and communication of recruiting policies and procedures.Ensures fairness, efficiency, consistency, legal compliance and cost effectiveness in hiring decisions and compliance with company policies and procedures. This Is What It Takes Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.Two (2) years’ experience as a Recruiter; five (5) or more years’ preferred.Previous experience should demonstrate knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and procedures.Requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.May require travel to assist field locations with recruitment. Physical Requirements Position works in-office at the corporate location.Ability to sit for extended periods of time.Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods.Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable).Ability to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable).Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication.
