About the role
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and prepare candidate packages. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Sources and screens candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews, both in-person and virtual, using video conferencing tools.
- Prepares and distributes candidate packages, including resumes, cover letters, and reference checks.
- Maintains applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track the hiring process.
- Ensures all hiring activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Works closely with managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
