About the role
The Human Resources Recruiter will play a key role in building Meds.com's clinical workforce by recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
Responsibilities
- Recruit Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Support the coordination of multiple recruitment initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of successful recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices
