HR Recruiter

About the role

The Human Resources Recruiter will play a key role in building Meds.com's clinical workforce by recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).

Responsibilities

• Recruit Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Support the coordination of multiple recruitment initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record of successful recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices
