About the role
APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Document Scanning Specialist/ HR Records Clerk for a 13-week assignment with potential extension based on project need. The position is located in North Providence, RI 02904.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a large-scale HR records digitization project involving 1,000+ employee files
- Handling confidential employee information
- Using DocuSign experience
- Scanning and digitizing paper employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Reviewing scanned records for accuracy, completeness, and image quality
- Name, organize, and upload electronic files using employee ID numbers and established file naming conventions
- Uploading and maintaining documents within DocuSign and designated electronic filing systems
- Organizing and indexing records for easy retrieval and compliance with records management standards
- Performing data validation and record integrity efforts
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information
- Collaborating with HR leadership to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Performing additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of administrative, clerical, records management, or document scanning experience
- DocuSign experience
- Experience working with confidential documents
- HR department support experience
