About the Role
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented HR Records & Administrative Project Specialist to support a large employee records digitization and document management initiative. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping information organized, enjoys working independently, and can be trusted with confidential information. This is a long-term project assignment expected to continue through the end of the year, with additional project work potentially available based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Digitizing and organizing employee personnel records
- Scanning, naming, and electronically filing documents
- Reviewing files for completeness and accuracy
- Retrieving employee documents from HR systems and saving them appropriately
- Assisting with records migration and document retention efforts
- Performing administrative and project-related tasks as needed
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information
