About the role

Responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and documents as needed
  • Support team members with research and data management tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems (optional but beneficial)
