About the role
Responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate meeting logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Support team members with research and data management tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (optional but beneficial)
