About the role
The Administrative & Records Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, supporting departmental operations, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records in an electronic system
- Support departmental operations by assisting with tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to records management
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant experience in a records management or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with record management systems
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to records management
