About the role

The Administrative & Records Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, supporting departmental operations, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records in an electronic system
  • Support departmental operations by assisting with tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to records management
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant experience in a records management or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with record management systems
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to records management

Skills
