HR Project Specialist

About the role

Overall support to the Project Manager as related to day-to-day operations of the office or projects. Partners with management in the planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting of activities to ensure that projects, goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.

• Provide support and coordination on HR projects, with the ability to quickly re-prioritize to meet deadlines
• Coordinate and schedule meetings based on executive/group availability as needed
• Coordinate and track tasks associated within larger projects and programs, identifying risks, removing impediments, and escalating when necessary
• Interview prospecting candidates
• Push digital marketing and advertising campaign
• Collaborate with the team and creators to write, create, design, social media content
• Pursues process improvements to reduce resource time
• Provides administrative, project, and office technology support to the Project Manager and the team
• Maintains budgets and grant allocations, and maintains accruals
• Troubleshoots PC/software issues and acts as liaison to the IT Department

Requirements

• Knowledge of technology (Software applications/ SaaS/ Embedded Systems / IoT / Artificial intelligence / Cybersecurity products and solutions)
• Technical knowledge: Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams)
• Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to details
• Impeccable verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Exhibits initiative, persistence, passion, and strong work ethic

Nice to have

• Knows how to code!
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tool
• Strong understanding of a Project Management Methodology (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or Premiere)
• Creating and running ad campaigns in social media / google adsense
