Role Responsibilities
- Create, review, and optimize human resources documents in German with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
- Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality files for HR processes.
- Contribute expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring models receive accurate and contextually rich sample data.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI model development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Have native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a minimum of experience in HR, focused on the creation and management of HR documents.
- Have a strong background in working with Fortune 500 companies or within enterprise HR environments.
- Have expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
