Role Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in both Korean and English.
- Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to provide expertise in Human Resources documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Fortune 500 company experience to bring best practices and real-world HR insights into the AI training process.
- Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal feedback to support the development of AI models.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR documents with a focus on clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Have native-level proficiency in Korean, with a strong command of English for professional communication.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Be an expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering feedback and documentation.
