Role Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in HR documentation to create, review, and analyze a variety of human resources documents in Japanese.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate realistic, high-quality business materials and presentations.
- Provide valuable feedback on documentation accuracy, formatting, and clarity to enhance AI model training data.
- Ensure all HR documents comply with industry best practices and reflect the nuances of native-level Japanese language and business culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Have native-level proficiency in Japanese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have strong relevant experience in HR, with a minimum of in creating, managing, and evaluating human resources documents.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have a deep understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations, ideally with Fortune 500 experience.
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
