HR People Partner
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted HR advisor for employees, supervisors, and managers on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and performance management issues.
- Lead and conduct thorough, objective, and timely workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee complaints, misconduct allegations, and other sensitive matters.
- Partner with leaders to assess risk, determine appropriate corrective actions, and ensure consistent policy application.
- Document investigations and employee relations cases accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify trends in employee relations concerns and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution/warehousing environment.
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations, managing employee relations issues, performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.
- Experience managing accommodations and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience utilizing HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and organizational interventions.
- Kronos experience preferred.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
